Digital Services has partnered with university departments and other institutions to develop many digital projects. The digitization lab staff can assist with project planning and management, digitization of a variety of different formats, metadata creation and development, and online display usually in the Louisiana Digital Library.

Working with Digital Services ensures that the digitized materials will remain in a stable environment for long term access and will be made accessible through a reliable and credible source.
